applicant1298:

did you just email them and ask? what was the process like?

You can send them a message through the communication center in their secondary portal. Of course, be polite and let them know why you're asking (to improve your application for the future). That's their method of communication rather than email. They also got back to me within two days. At that point their review load is much less so the dean is super friendly with it.

Wdym delayed review?

they sent an email to a lot of people saying that they were experiencing delays due to the increased number of applicants and they'd only be able to interview about 10% of people this year

Are there applicants who got rejected today that didn’t previously receive this delayed review email?

Literally how are they even massacring, these secondary submission dates vs rejections seems so random

My take: Primarily by completion date, but high stats/strong ECs shoot someone's app to be reviewed sooner, overriding chronological order. As a result, they are able to decide if they want you sooner, leading to rejection. Low stats also lead to faster rejection.
