Do they usually call for acceptances or email or depends on interviewer?

An official email will be sent to all of those accepted, and in the few days before the email, the interviewers have the choice to call their accepted interviewees or not. Not all of them call, so if you don't get a call it doesn't mean you weren't accepted.

Does anyone know if they expect you to be on camera/dressed up for the student and Associate Dean Info session?

Deans session gives extra points for the most creatively dressed. I went as a tiger.

I personally was dressed as an oompa loompa. Dean loved it she gave me 10/10 for my interview points.
