MD. They say they screen for mission fit ASAP.

chat do they accept updates this year? Last year they didn't and had a section in their FAQ that said so, but this year that section is deleted and on the new portal, there's a section for document uploads with an option but does anyone know for sure?

Best way to find out is an email. Although I will admit it is still super early in the cycle for OHSU...

Hey all, current student here and they send us periodic updates about where they are in the current cycle. I wanted to share that as of Oct 2 they have only interviewed 20 people so far (out of usually around 520ish for the whole cycle).

It seems they’re a little behind based on previous years, so do not despair!

Heads up: you would not be a mission fit applicant. OHSU doesn't really care that much about stats. If you have experience working with the underserved, or a compelling life story I would apply.

I would shoot your shot only if you have the extra money, a small chance is better than no chance.
