I submitted 07/16 but still no II… maybe R soon?

no way to know. im a 7/5 submitter with no R or ii so far and have been watching things closely. From last years data some early apps did get late invites so I wouldn't rule it out as a possibility, but they are also still circling back and rejecting early submitters.

There was a HUGE R wave yesterday. They don't seem to be going by submission time, it's all over the place, but if you didn't hear anything right now then it's a good sign!

I mean it is not super chronological but its legitimately just July submitters so far. You can look at the cycle results and hardly anyone after 7/22 has gotten an R.

They released another round of acceptance. Congrats to the peeps who got in. But, man it’s disheartening when it’s not you. I interviewed in August. Do you guys think we are on hold and probably not considered as strongly at this point?

They said that only the top, top applicants (on whatever their scoring scale is) are accepted this early. There's probably less than 50 acceptances that have gone out at this point, when by the end of the cycle they'll accept 280 and waitlist 200. Keep your head up, we're still so early.

I’m in the same situation; II in July and interviewed in August. Honestly everyone keeps saying the A can come later but last year anyone who interviewed the first few days who didn’t hear on Oct 15 were all waitlisted or rejected so seems like this is false hope. Not trying to be discouraging (I’m in the same situation) but I think these people are wrong.

That’s not related to this thread at all…
