I did the virtual interview from 1PM to 3:30PM. The actual interview portion is only half an hour. But everyone in the session was split into three different groups, and each group rotates between the actual interview, the Q&A session, and the TBL activity.

Is the TBL activity something I can prepare for in any way?

The interviewers said it wouldn’t be used as part of our interview assessment on the day I interviewed. But if you want to prepare just read the TBL document they gave you and during the TBL make sure to voice your opinion and most importantly let others speak as well.

does the session really take up the 2.5 hrs? I have work right after so I was wondering if theres a chance it ends earlier
