I don't see it either but I used the link in the interview invite email to schedule it

I don't know if it updated right away but eventually it should say "Welcome to the Interview portion of your admissions to CHSU!" and Interview Stage updates and provide some helpful hyperlinks.

Received an interview invite from this school which I am BEYOND grateful for and was wondering if I can get some tips/advice for it? I am doing the virtual interview and CHSU is one of my top schools. So nervous for it :/

Hey, I interviewed with this school and got accepted which I am so thankful for! So these are the tips that I would do before the interview to prepare and perform your best on the day of:

1. Definitely go back and review your primary and especially your secondaries. That way if you use anything you said there as an answer or example for a question you don't contradict yourself. My interview format was semi-closed file so the interviewers only had my secondary essays open as reference. If you have a story from your experiences that didn't make in there you can also talk about it to have some new to talk about.

2. For sure try to rehearse beforehand but not too much. You want to practice just enough to get used to the stress so come interview day the stress is manageable enough to not hold you back. When I gave my answers I felt like I was so nervous and didn't get to say as much as I wanted to. Also take a brief pause to think before answering too as that helped me a lot.

3. After they finish asking you all their 5 questions, there will be time after to ask questions to your interviewer. My interviewer was faculty so I asked them about the classes they taught and how they ended up at CHSU. A question I always like to open up with is "What do you think is an underrated part of [insert school name here]?" It's a easy one to start off with and it's a question that can't really be answered by a Google search.

4. Day before you interview go out and do something fun to relax and rest your brain. Going into the interview day with a fresh and well-rested mind is just as important as the other tips here.

Overall just do your best! When I finished my interview I thought I bombed it honestly because I was hella nervous so imagine my surprise when I got the A after! Good luck you got this!

Congrats on the acceptance! Excellent reply about the interview, I also interviewed here and agree with everything.

Just wanna ask what time of the day did they call you about your acceptance? And what phone number did they use? I work during the day and often forget to keep my phone with me.

They called me at like 10:30 AM. Don’t worry I missed the call but they sent me an email as well letting me know I got in. I dunno if that’s the time they’ll send it as I think they call you the moment they finalize your admissions decision which can be anytime between 9-5 I’m guessing. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your reply and congratulations on your acceptance! I feel I need to really do something about my stress because when I do mock interviews I am golden but the actual interviews are where I start to ramble. Thank you once again!
