the fakeout of receiving an email from BU after some interview invites on here today, only for it to be them telling me the hold on my app has been lifted :/ this website and my email inbox really are a dynamic duo of messing with me

Im pretty sure this is a good sign they're interested in you? I haven't gotten any emails from Boston since submitting my app (about their delayed IIs or app holds)

Being completely impartial, the anon is right though. I think it’s neurotic to try to derive meaning from a “we had a lot of applicants” email…

I think they could have delivered it better, though.
