I was not expecting an ethical question and got one so definitely prep for some! I think my interviewer was just trying to see how you handle a difficult situation so just approach empathetically.

I am genuinely curious what their internal criteria is this year to be rejecting so many people so early, some of whom have t10 ii already.

I think they’re heavy on fit and maybe a side of yield protection?
