LOL it probably means nothing, but it would be great if that financial aid email means they liked my app
I really, REALLY hate when med schools send me non-admissions related emails. You don't need to market to me, lol. Instead you're just causing my adrenal medulla to pour epinephrine into my bloodstream.
has anyone been rejected pre interview —i don’t k ke of the reporting on school specific is accurate
Is it an R effectively if they went past my date for IIs?

They sent a bunch of septemeber secondary interviews and then an august 14 II so i dont think so. Looking at last cycle, some July submitters got an interview in december. I guess it could mean that they weren't super impressed the first time, then went back to it later and noticed something they liked, or the reviewer going through yours is busy while another one is fast

I think an anonymous person replied asking if it's a bad sign, I guess it could be if they're firmly past the time of your secondary being submitted, but otherwise it could mean that an II may be close or they could come back to it later
