seems like they sent out at least one today based on reporting. but also "WCMC’s waitlist movement can last throughout the summer; as our wait list is not ranked, waitlisted applicants are re-reviewed when openings occur."

Seems like that person had already matriculated to Hopkins, so likely they didn't write a LOI to Cornell? Why is Cornell offering spots to disinterested candidates?
