any other end of August submitters at "ready for screening" stage? Also, for those who got interviews how long does it take to get decision to interview from "under review"?

Yes my application was ready for screening on 8/26/2026 :') I don't get how they have so many applicants that they've only gotten to reviewing early-mid August applicants, based on cycle results here. But our time is coming soon!

They’re prob getting close to reviewing late August. I went under review maybe 3 weeks ago as 8/8 submission and got my interview invite on 10/15. Best of luck!

For those who have interviewed is the interview a full day or does it take a couple hours? Just asking since I also have work that day

You have to basically be there the whole day with your video turned on. The interview portion itself is like an hour in the afternoon but they have PowerPoints in the morning.

It’s like 5 hours of video on but only part is the actual interview
