Without the users’ home state listed, its hard to tell without the user themself saying so. There’s a bunch of applicants from UW undergrad who are applying as OOR, so that could be part of the reason there are applicants with UW but no WSU. All speculation, just saying I haven’t seen anyone explicitly day they are OOR. Regardless, fingers are crossed that we all get interviews!
As you said, those UW undergrad alumni would be considered OOR though. So they just wouldn't be able to apply to WSU being currently OOS if they cannot prove they spent a portion of their childhood in state based on WSU's significant ties requirement. I have also heard explicitly from UWSOM admissions that they don't consider UW undergrad as a significant tie that influences their interview invite/admission decisions. So those would be OOR applicants with effectively no significant/considered WA ties unless they speak to experiences serving in the Seattle area during their time undergrad at UW.
But yes hopeful for interview invites for all of us!!!
Thought that fafsa email was an interview for a sec 😞

BAHAHAH same
I know most of this thread is Seattle and OOS but for those from Wyo worried about interviews, I didn't receive mine until mid-January and got in two weeks later so don't start stressing for a few more months.
I wonder if they'll send out another batch of post-II decisions (CC, R, A) tomorrow. I wonder if not, because last time they were calling A's on Wednesday...

my theory is maybe not til next week because its still an active interview week rn
+1 Seattle TRUST II today, in case anyone is waiting on TRUST info! I figured we would not hear for a couple more weeks.
I received my interview invite a few days ago, and I was wondering how long it takes for them to send a email with scheduling instructions?
Not sure if this is helpful but im OOR and didnt go to UW for undergrad but got an II a few weeks ago. We exist haha!! Although everyone in my interview group seemed to be IS or at least a UW alum
