I believe they are closed file. The interview questions are standardized regardless.

Not at all what u asked but im canadian OOS (strong ties to NC though went to all of high school there and fam lives there) and no ii for me :(

They dont reject post II. Only waitlist, usually in april. MSTP may be different.
