during the interview they said it's a big part since they holistically review but idk

I interviewed in November and didn't get my acceptance until March. I know people who interviewed in November and were accepted by December. There is a lot of variation in acceptance times.

Online Unc says if u interview before mid November u get update by end of dec. past mid November get notified of result by early April at latest

can anyone tell me whether interviews are open or closed file? i see open on sdn but everywhere else says closed
