Tbh both of my interviewers seemed pretty just disinterested and unenthusiastic. Both had a couple basic required questions. Definitely didn't grill or anything though.

I got 2 faculty actually

I got 2 faculty members. They had a list of questions so not too conversational, but I had time to discuss hobbies and misc questions at the end

I found mine to be very conversational! Of course they had specific questions to ask but my interviewers were very engaged and nice and asked their own follow-up questions or made comments about my responses which made me feel so much better!! I really enjoyed my interviews!
