Had the MOST WONDERFUL experience with the UCF interviews!! I was nervous because previously I've only done MMI format and was worried we'd reach an awkward silence with 30 minutes to talk but the interviewers were truly amazing and so kind and welcoming!!! I hope everyone has the same great experience I did <3

this is so reassuring to hear! I've done a few mocks but I was stressing since this is my first one.

I have heard that UCF does application updates, but havent heard anything from them. Did they stop this year or were their updates different from schools that just tell you that you are still in que to be reviewed vs. being reviewed

I'd say UCF has been much more communicative so far than my other schools. I interviewed with them recently, and they told me the date they will review my application and when I can expect to hear back from them.

I don't know my final decision yet, obviously, but based on past years and what the director of admissions told me this year, the waitlist is pretty active, and they let you know monthly how you stand if you are waitlisted and what third you are in.

If you don’t mind me asking, how long after your interview was the review date set for and the date when you can expect to hear back from them?

My review date was set for roughly a month after my interview, and they said that they would let me know within a couple days after

My interview was 9/18 and review date will be 10/13. So I should hear back on the 15th for the decision is what they said

For anyone who has interviewed thus far, was the traditional interview format pretty chill and laid back or were they drilling you lol?

Do they not send an email confirmation after scheduling an interview? Or do they send it closer to the interview date?
