It's odd how it wasn't sent to everyone at once, but rather in phases throughout the day today. Just got mine. I don't think we should read into much in terms of what it means for an ii. Seems like the goal of the message is to ask for patience in the midst of huge app volume.
i also got that email but i submitted my secondary like 9/26 so theres no way they've reviewed my file. I think its just an update on where they're at in reviewing. Don't think they're implying anything from this

yesss i think it has something to do about -when- you submitted the secondary app, so they just might not have gotten to ours yet. the people who received the other email submitted in like july so fairly early

i just got the email, which sounds like pre-R to me like the Boston Univ one they similarly sent out a few weeks ago. Bummed it didn't start with "We are pleased..." like the other poster
To be fair, I got that BU email and received an II. But not sure if it will have the same result for Rush.
