I may have just not noticed that previously. I’ve had my ii so my portal may be different now

They likely started reviewing your app prior to today. When you log into the portal, it always has the current date listed as the "as of xxx date, your application is in review"

This banner disappeared off the top of my portal. Do we have any indicator why or if that’s usually followed by anything? Glitch?

I am unsure. I just checked my portal and it is still there.
