Does anyone know what the OSU ID/username is for that they emailed us after submitting secondaries? They said you can monitor the status on the AMP portal, so I’m a bit confused

my secondaries still have the red X next to them even though every other school says theyre in and i submitted secondary 3 days ago, got portal access on 7/9. is it time to email them yet?

Do your LORs say complete? Mine are in the downloaded section but an X on my checklist

If they don’t get back to you by EOD, I’ll email them too and ask about the OSU user ID as well lol. Maybe if they know more people are having the issue they’ll clarify

sounds good. i dont get the confusion with the osu user id, i just followed the instructions and it brings you to an osu profile thing that will probably be used if we get accepted theres not much to it thats relevant right now

Has anyone been able to contact them by phone or email? They never answered my email and when I call it just says no one is available

Have they gotten back to anyone about the letters of rec marked as missing? Document status shows they received my committee letter like 20 days ago but its still marked incomplete

any response? i'm having the same issue w the LORs

They say they need 2 LOR's so im assuming my committee letter doesnt automatically fulfill tha requirement. however within my committee letter are multiple LORs from all the required writers. Im going to email and assume they can manually check me off?

Just submitted my reapp, this was in the bottom of the secondary complete email:

NOTE: There is a current known technical issue preventing candidates who submitted committee or packet letters from having this requirement marked as "Complete" in our system. We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience until this is resolved.

Yeah. I submitted before their secondary complete notification acknowledged the error with the committee letter not filling the letter requirement, so I am sending them an email today

my LORs are still showing up as incomplete (committee letter packet) and I emailed on 7/20 asking about it and still no response. also submitted before the "known technical issue" statement so idk

They got back to me this is what they said:

Hello ____,

Thank you for reaching out and for submitting your secondary application! There is a system error that is preventing the letter requirement from being marked as complete. Our vendor is working on identifying and fixing the issue. We don't have an exact timeline for when this will be resolved, but they are actively working on a fix. 

For now, we acknowledge the letters are received and your status should be updated as soon as possible.

for those who applied for a fee waiver through the portal, how many days did they take to get back to you and what day of the week did they email you regarding a decision? I know they go through fee waiver applications once a week

OOS applicant, solid stats, submitted app on first day, but still no secondary. Anyone else in similar situation? 🫥

i think they may screen holistically, based on MSAR data
