To all slightly confused about the hold situation (I am too). I submitted 7/31 and was placed on hold (when idk bc I checked the portal after reading this forum a week ago). But just got an ii today. Just wanted to share my experience with the hold + ii cycle.

+1 OOS II LM 73! For those who received, how are you doing the thing where you upload a PDF of a photo with ur name and AMCAS ID etc? Should I create a blank doc and add that stuff in addition to pasting a picture ?

I created a google doc with bullet points of personal info at the top and pasted a photo below. exported to PDF.

I got an email with the interview invite. When I noticed the pre-hold it was by just checking the portal.
+1 interview invite last friday - i was on hold for a few weeks too
