Does anyone know when the Emory ad com meets to discuss applicants monthly? I'm wondering if it's too late to send in an update letter (interviewed 10/9 and praying for good news on Nov 9)

if you have a significant update to send you should send it regardless unless you think you are going to have more things to add in the next few weeks/months

That's the issue tho... I'm hoping to hear back from a conference on accepted abstracts at the end of Nov and am struggling to decide if I should wait just in case. Ugh

publication accepted - I wrote on my primary under publications that it had been accepted with revisions as of May but now it's been formally accepted

i'd probably wait till the abstract news or maybe coupling it with a few other updates if you can since you already said it was accepted with revisions. probably wouldnt move the needle with just that. but its still a publication acceptance so its probably 'significant enough' on its own
