I uploaded individual letters, but most of them were copy and paste. I only customized the ones for a few interviewers I talked about specific, memorable things with.

i sent one to the adcom and one to my 1:1 interviewer, i didn't send individual ones to mmi's as we only spent ~5min with each person

Nothing at all. I just was looking at your school list and there are lots of other schools that do have more opportunities and better matching than hofstra. it is still only about halfway in the cycle so i wouldn't just commit now because you fear it will be your best option.
