Hi, I haven't heard back from BU but looking at the cycle tracker everyone around my submission date has either gotten an interview or rejection. Is this a good sign?

It only means they haven’t sent you an invite or rejected you and that’s it. You can’t read into this the way you’re trying to do unfortunately.
