oos, submitted secondary early september 9/5, received rejection email today end of september 9/28 🥲

i am a splitter w a high MCAT low undergrad GPA (but improved post bacc GPA) as well as a career changer but i thought i was a good mission fit and wrote great secondaries!

however, i did have a 1Q Casper (despite working successfully for many years before 😫 i had trouble with the time limited format, and my Preview was much better at a 7) and i think since Boston requires Casper that might have been a screening method they used and perhaps a big reason why i was rejected.

edit: included the above about my Casper because it’s been helpful for me to see people talk about their Casper score in relation to their cycle because it really varies by school. and for all of us who were victims of this R wave, it’s onwards and upwards fr!

Does the 10% email imply they have not yet reviewed your app at all, or just that they have not yet made a decision (submitted almost 1.5 months ago, just got the email)?

I think not yet reviewed I got the email about a month ago and maybe a week later got my interview invite!

Yeah honestly re-reading it, it kinda just sounds like they haven’t gotten to mine yet. Thank you for the input!

hi! i just scheduled an interview but did not get a confirmation email like they said i would in my email! did anyone else get their confirmation a little bit after scheduling or did something go wrong on my end :o

Congrats! It took about 1.5 hours for my confirmation email to come through :)
