do we know if cornell is receptive to update letters?

Secondary submitted 8/6. Not a peep from Cornell since. Anyone know if they're still sending IIs or if the cycle is basically done? Hoping for the best but give it to me straight.

do yall think its worth it to submit a letter of interest right now with only small updates (I sent a big update letter in the fall pre-interview)? Or should we be holding off until WL?

the advice I heard was to send one after WL if you get WL, so that you have stuff then. That was my plan since Cornell doesn't say anything specifically about interest letters.

Also, my logic is they have reviewed and scored me, so they will only re-look at my app during WL season.
