I emailed and asked them cause I was already emailing about something else, this is what they said "The post-interview day survey is not required, but we do encourage applicants to complete it for quality purposes. The responses are not submitted anonymously."

I was waitlisted last year and I remember getting the decision really early in the morning, but idk if it would be the same for A’s. And I got my II in the afternoon this year so idek if they actually follow a set pattern
