Unfortunately, they like to stick to their 2-3 week schedule. I didn't receive my decision for three and a half weeks (interviewed on the first Tuesday of the month and didn't hear until the last Friday). I'd look for an email either on 11/13 or 11/20 assuming they stick to Fridays. Best of luck!
