im so nervous whats yalls best piece of advice for the interview :( also is the question the scenario (or do they then ask you questions about the scenario in the room)??

I haven’t had VCU yet but have had another MMI and it’s normally scenario+what to do+what if the situation is changed+finally have you experienced X and what did you do (and they asked me follow up Qs to further explain the scenario). I kinda bombed that one but I think after practicing the gist is always gather more info, consider all sides (like say X might be stressed which could explain the comments, but it does not justify them), escalate right away if someone is in danger. If there’s some authority tension, name it too. Also make sure to justify your opinion. Like if you have a pt confidentiality Q make sure to say WHY it’s important to maintain (same if someone is being called names). Anyway hope this helps! Maybe someone who’s had their interview can chime in. My interview is in two weeks. We are in this together!

Genuinely I promise I am not lying to you when I tell you this was a very enjoyable interview experience. Nothing is designed to trip you up and is nowhere near as difficult as some of the MMI scenarios you’ll see online. Be yourself and you’ll do great!

I think they said decisions come out october 15th. Possible outcomes are accept, reject, delay decision until december, or waitlist
