I was also rejected last year and received IS II this cycle. The thing that helped me the most was submitting secondary ASAP. They also offer a zoom office hour which was super helpful for reapplying advice!

Is it just one question? How long did you prepare before you felt ready?
Seeing all these Rs sent out, I feel like I'm just waiting for mine even as an IS applicant atp.
I can’t see a pattern of who is getting rejected. Submission dates seem to be all over the place and can’t tell if instate or outstate
