I haven't seen anyone report an MD/PhD II yet (and the school lists of the people reporting them on cycle reports don't look like MD/PhD school lists). Maybe they're waiting a bit before sending MD/PhD IIs considering our interviews don't start until October while I believe the MD interviews start in September?
