Also not that hard to just wait

unfortunately there are people, like me, trying to make decisions on whether or not to do some in-person interviews that are currently so expensive because of flights and hotels. if i get into michigan, i would withdraw and save so much money but i can't do that if i don't have an acceptance

idk why people are asking to call like they're going to suddenly decide to give us info or speed up the process because we asked them to

Miami did so idt it's unreasonable to assume there might be more information available if someone calls the office. especially since umich is known to be a transparent school

Also not hard for them to send an update especially since we were told decisions would be released around the 15th. People wouldn't give a shit if they didn't give a date for releasing decisions to begin with but they did.

Well I did actually call and the lady told me within the next week we would have more information, so I wouldn't necessarily say "dead ends"

We were told by Michigan that decisions would be released at the latest the end of October.

Miami said within 2 weeks, and they stuck to that. I think it's very fair to ask Michigan considering they did not follow their stated timeline, unlike every other school
