Saw a post from last year that they sent out decisions at 8:00 AM CDT last year.... I guess not this year.

I know someone personally at Michigan say something about that maybe there’s a bigger wave of IS II in November anecdotally (from what he noticed in his class), but no data to support this. I doubt most IS II are sent of November maybe they send a bit more but I think it’s more likely it’s pretty evenly dispersed
