No need to bring down other people. Plus the interview process is a bit random, and they definitely consider more than just stats given that it's a holistic process.
Let them say whatever they want lol - an ORM with a 510 and multiple As. High MCAT doesn’t entitle anyone to anything but I can see why they’d be upset if they had a super high score and didn’t get an II

This is ridiculous, and frankly, that mindset is probably why they didn’t get an interview. I would never want to surround myself with someone who puts others down over an MCAT score.
I have a 4.0 GPA, a very high MCAT score, and attend a top academic school as a Florida resident. If undergrad has taught me anything, it's that you never truly know where you'll get in, but everything ultimately happens for a reason.

I did get an interview. I am more upset I didn't get an interview at the school I spent 4 years at.
Is it worth calling them today to ask when admission decisions come out?

I would wait until tomorrow, considering they said decisions would be released within 2 weeks of 10/15 (which ends today).

I think it would be best. We’re all speculating on some information they might not stick to, so there’s no harm in confidentially calling for 2 minutes and asking
