At my interview they said the first decisions would be released within 2 weeks of October 15th

Yes many people did in August and September

Does anyone know how UM does As? Do they accept more who interview earlier or do they cap a certain # of As per each interview day to make equal across cycle?

Not sure but looking at last year it seems after a certain month waitlists are way more likely?
