nope the kira talent is the "1:1" and then it's MMI. they aren't allowing prep time and want longer responses for the MMI

This is what it says verbatim from the website: “Invited applicants will begin by completing a series of brief, videotaped responses in the Kira Talent portal. Based on their performance, they may be invited to a series of live, one-on-one, virtual structured interviews. Kira Talent, prerecorded interviews must be completed within five days of notification”
