does anyone know anything about the Kira questions???

To the other folks who received a kira invite, are you applying to the PURCH or LAHEY tracks as well? Curious if there are any regular MD applicants.

Im OOS and have an interview invite. Granted I am from NH and did apply to Lahey.

Do you think applicants from NH have an advantage even though we don’t qualify as residents?

Hard to say because no one publishes data on where OOS applicants come from. For last year's matriculants they said 146 came from MA, 39 came from the West Coast, 24 from the Northeast, 13 from the Midwest, 8 from the South, and 3 from Canada. I think it gives us a very slight bump over some but really impossible to say if that's true without seeing the applicant split. I personally view advantage by comparing ratios of applicants:matriculants.
