3 weeks and a few days

Did anyone send an update letter after being interviewed or a letter of interest?

Did everyone who got in so far feel amazing about their interview. My interviewers were so nice but not sure how I felt about my overall performance.

4 weeks and a couple days

Felt great about my student interview but not faculty. I was talking a bunch and half way through my answer he interrupted and said we can talk about that more later 💀 it also felt more formal rather than conversational

Got admitted Friday; honestly I felt fantastic ab my faculty interview. He was pretty effusive ab my app (which confused me i dont think i have anything crazy😭) and the type of surgeon he is is the same field I'm doing research in right now so he was excited about that. I thought my student interview went well enough but it wasn't like we had that same connection necessarily and there was one question where I kinda stumbled. I think its easy to tear your interview apart in hindsight though so just take comfort in the fact that you're still in the running!!
