Anyone know how strict is their non science letter requirement?

they are very responsive by email to LOR questions. As a non-trad I was able to submit physician/long term employer letter in lieu of one of their required academic letters.

anyone applying to this school know what to put in work description for the secondary? is it just a simple description of the job responsibilities or do I have to reflect and tie it back to why physician somehow as well?

Quick question for anyone familiar with UMSOM’s Rural-MD Scholars admissions process: if you’re invited to interview specifically for the MD/Rural-MD Scholars Program, are you still being considered simultaneously for the regular MD program? In other words, if you interview but aren’t ultimately selected for one of the Rural-MD spots, can you still be accepted to the regular MD class, or does the Rural-MD interview put you on a separate admissions track entirely? I couldn’t find a clear answer on the website, so any insight from past applicants would be really helpful.
