Little bit scared right now. Interviewed 9/18, but have yet to hear back from the committee. I am an Iowa resident. Will a decision come out early at this point, or is it just a final pool consideration?

they have said on many occasions that they don't review in order of interview date

Someone said they review 45 at a time which they would have seen everyone by now easily.

Everyone needs to stop panicking, it's so early. Just wait and you'll get your decision when they make it

Does anyone know what the transcript thing is. Do they require a fall transcript to be uploaded after finals or is that optional?

Very chill and basic questions with the last half questions and conversation about your achievements/activities that they find interesting. Goes very fast though and it’s hard to tell what to think esp the first three questions where they aren’t allowed to respond

Yeah I think so, some schools are weird about calling things closed file but they see your secondaries too so idrk what it was for sure
