I haven’t received a secondary and submitted my application back in June. I assumed not receiving it means they rejected me but I just got an email confirming the receipt of my application. Anyone else in the same boat? Will this eventually lead to a rejection since it’s much later?

Submitted back in early August, hadn’t received a secondary or acknowledgement of primary app from AMCAS but randomly received an email just now that says ucla has received my primary? Does anyone know what’s up with this or if this a good sign?
Literally just posted about this too. I feel like it’s a rejection and they are just following some sort of “protocol”
same i just got that email and became filled with hope, i was literally looking at emailing ucla yesterday. i hope its a good sign. did anyone not get a secondary and not get this email??

Yeah that’s defs still a possibility. I have heard stories of people getting secondaries from ucla super late but it doesn’t seem like it happens that often

I do think this is the case, I’m a reapplicant and they did the exact same thing with my application last year.
