Does UC Davis accept update letters? From what I could see online it doesn't appear like it but I have some meaningful new activities I started/publications so just wanted to double check. I really want to get an II here as I am from rural NorCal and it would be the only school near my family :( Getting love from other UCs but no davis.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they accept update letters. Here's the link with their policy from the UC Davis site.

i was verified aug 19; still haven't received a secondary. 515 mcat 3.5 gpa, born and raised in norcal. is this pretty much an R? i've received secondaries from every UC except them, so kinda sucks.
Anyone have any ideas with what type of students UCD is looking for? cannot get a sense with the current student profiles that received II

I got a secondary last year with a worse app than what I have now. I have way more research this cycle, maybe they want people who are more service-focused?

I believe they are very service oriented. I'm from Southern CA and I have 500+ clinical volunteer hours working with underserved communities (rural and urban) in both SoCal and NorCal areas.
I received a secondary 4 days after I was verified (7/21). HOWEVER, I have not received an II yet so who really knows, lol!
I was verified on 8/13, I don't know what took so long or how I even got a secondary, but I was sent a secondary on 10/23. For context, I was born in NorCal and lived there for 17 years before moving to the East Coast.
Has anyone who had an interview 10/2 or any October interview heard back yet? They said 3-4 weeks but I’m not sure if that’s always the case.
