I submitted 9/4, just got interview held, but interviewed and got waitlisted last cycle. 🤦
Oh shoot, it sounds like I might be cooked 😬 I'll let you know if I hear anything. Did you get the interview hold email just now?
How cooked am I if I completed everything early September but i did not upload a photo of myself until just now? I completed the recorded interview and all.

Did it say that your application was complete with the green check on AMP tab?

There will be 4 stations. You'll be put in a zoom breakout room with a person who will paste the question in the chat. You'll have 2 min to think about it, and then there's a 7min discussion. You then get a quick break and move on to the next room, where you do the exact same thing. They'll have follow up questions for you if there is additional time. In the words of the committee, "there are no trick questions."
It was pretty straightforward. The best tip I could give is to relax tbh. If you look like a neurotic premed scrambling or rambling through an answer, it'll only hurt you.
