I just received an email saying I have been placed in the "Interview Hold" status. They say they will continue to review my application and I could receive an invite anytime up till February. Does anyone know more about what this is? Is this common for applicants? Is it different than being waitlisted? How likely are people in the interview hold to receive invites? Wishing you all the best of luck this cycle!

Out of curiosity, when did you submit the first round interview questions?

Think of it as an interview waitlist. I've gone through past year's SDN threads and some people get II some people dont. Time will tell, my friend. Good luck to you!

yeah, just got an email from them. IS applicant with relatively high stats :-(

Its not the end of the world, it could be good or bad. Im a reapp and got Interview held last year and then rejected 5 months later. For me it was a soft R, a colleague at my clinical job got interview held then received an II two weeks later and then got accepted. For COMT its not necessarilya soft R.
