Is an interview hold for them actually not a soft R like Tulane?
From what I know, it used to be, but now they have changed their process a bit. Was this before or after the first round? For context I am a reapplicant who got interview hold last year after submitting the secondary and then got rejected months later.

After the first round
Probably neither good nor bad at this point
Ok guys, I am neurotic so I went to check the "Status" page of my app to see if there were any changes. THE VIDEOS ARE GONE AND THE INTERVIEW TAB HAS RESET. Additionally the status page shows that my application is now "incomplete." Has this happened to anyone else?

It happened to me too. I emailed them, and they reassured me that they have my video responses and that my application is complete. You should be fine as well.

That's crazy, because I emailed them with a similar scenario except it did not save my 1st response and they just gave me a retake, thankfully I used chrome instead of safari this time and nothing went wrong. But I read the interview prompt, nowhere does it say it cannot be over 2 minutes it actually says to start talking as soon as you hit recording, seems like a unfortunate series of events with the new system. Sorry to hear that for you and I hope my over 2 minute responses don't hurt me.

Glad you got the retake! I’m also confused. When I emailed them back and said that the instructions do in fact indicate 2 minutes and 20 seconds, they doubled down saying the 20 seconds were a buffer for tech issues and not meant to increase the time limit. I was very polite and kind but they doubled down on their position. Not really sure what is going on at this point. Gonna just consider this one a soft R and move on
