is this school worth attending with the insanely high COA lol?

https://www.matchstrength.org/

Insanely high COA compared to what? Other private schools or public schools as OOS ? If you have other instate public school As to choose from of course you should evaluate the finances. This is a highly underrated school in several aspects with the downsides of a relatively recently established MD school in terms of research infrastructure. If you have an offer maybe you should look into it more than COA. Some of us don’t yet.

Yes but the COA is still 115k per year… not saying they are a bad school

Hence my original question on comparison. A lot of private schools cost upwards of 70K in tuition per year and several OOS publics too come quite close. FW is not a high cost of living situation unlike several other cities. But it offers a mentored medical school opportunity with a smaller cohort for the money you pay checking most of the right boxes - which you can’t say about a lot of other options. But nothing is less desirable when you have nothing or just one is all I’m trying to say.

Are CC people uploading letters to show continued interest, or is it only for updates? I don't have anything significant to say, but also don't want to show lack of interest.

They'll accept updates, letters of interest/intent at any time during the cycle. Can't hurt to show continued interest!
