Does anybody know if they still heavily read primaries like in previous cycles? +1 OOS secondary

hi! i'm curious what you mean by this, are you saying in previous cycles that they would read primary applications before sending secondaries out?

I think they just screen on stats (MCAT, GPA, etc.) during initial review for receiving secondaries.

Are the secondaries this year same as last year?

Yes

They used to do this (their admissions account in the 2024-2025 sdn thread said so). That being said, im not sure they do it any more since a lot of people including me received a secondary one day after AMCAS transmitted verified apps

Files aren't complete and reviewed until all materials are received, including Casper.

no yeah I didn't either, was pretty surprised to see. I submitted p early w/ prewritten secondaries

TCU posted on SDN that they start interviewing in July (and through February) so likely true as they have to get invites out ASAP to fill interview spots for July.

I think you'll be just fine. Turning it around within a day is the best thing you can do. I think they've only sent out a few interviews so far. There's still time for the next 3 months, so you should get a fair shot at receiving an interview I think.

For those that had the vMMI interview, is it just recorded responses, or am I talking to individuals? I'm a little confused about the email they sent about the practice questions not being delivered in a live format.
