I’m 100% sure it doesn’t impact you. They know people are busy and can’t always take time off work during the week to go see the campus. If you want to go, you should go, but it won’t hurt you if you can’t.

Interview said nothing to me, I didn't ask. I went to the info/student chat session in September, the admissions director was there. He said earliest As would be in December. No bad news in December. The rest will follow in January-February. All according to the guy in admissions.
