I turned in my secondary on 9/18 but I have not heard back anything yet accept they are reviewing my application and there are 15,000 applicants.
No one after 8/4 has gotten a ii yet.

I got an ii today! application complete 7/31. on 10/5 i received the application update email (the neutral over 15,000 applications one, not the moved to next stage/additional evaluator one). thought i was cooked when i got that email, so i hope this is good news for others too!
