Have they sent out any final pool emails this week

What does final pool email mean? Have they interviewed everyone they are going to interview?

FINAL POOL – You have been selected to advance to the final pool for acceptance consideration.

HOLD – Your application has been placed on hold and may be reconsidered for advancement into the final pool at a later stage in the admission cycle. 

REJECT –  We are unable to consider you further for a spot in our entering class.

Do they conduct second interviews? or it it just a holding spot?
