Lol same! I remember Dean Rivera saying they will communicate the R's early (which is around 20% of the interview pool, if I remember correctly), and then the rest will be CR/A's.
However, I am assuming the majority will be CR, at least from my interview day of 66 folks, because he did mention most will be CR and then people will get pulled from CR. Practically speaking, given how much they have invested in AI and what he said, I think we'll all get an overall score, and they'll probably go down the list based on that (just speculation, not confirmed).
Yeah I would guess that like 10% will get an A Friday, 20% R, and then 70% CR. And then another 15% A’s will come from the CR group over the next 2.5 months. And they’ll probably reject some of the CR bit by bit over the 2.5 months.

Yeah, I agree. That will be like 6-7 people, though, to get an A, which is crazy. I really wonder what they rate on. I am sure it is an equation that factors in all parts of the app: MCAT score, GPA, research, etc., plus MMI performance with some average score. I think that is how a few other schools do it, at least. I felt pretty good about my MMI, but honestly, it probably counts for like 50% of the score, so there are other factors that we just can't control at this point.

I would expect MMI to count for much less than 50%. I think stats and ECs are both more important. Also there has to be some subjectivity to the scoring process bc it is done by humans. He mentioned that your application is read by 5 (iirc) reviewers to avoid bias rather than having one person present it and then as a group they decide. So I think essays may matter more than he made it seem, bc not caring about essays seems like a personal opinion that wouldn’t affect how other reviewers score

You know I totally forgot about that too! I guess they'll really be piecing together the AMCAS/Supplemental. Maybe the MMI is like 30%. Oh well! Wishing everyone luck in this process. I think you are right about this.

I hope so! It seems like during last week's info session that's what Dean Rivera implied
